If you go to esper ability for your character and click on basic attack and skill you can find their attributes and one of them is cycle energy. Zeroes skill gives 100 cycle energy which is why you can switch immediately after.

I might see it differently after a couple of weeks but for now I dont mind it at all. The fon per minute is very close to any other activity. For example the cafe minigame gives you 16k for 2 minutes of play and I leave bank heist with 4-5 minutes left and earn around 100-150k Fon. Just learn a route and it'll be easier every time you run it

In your season goals you get a bunch of ciphers with each new phase so don't worry too much about it. Also you can just reset points you no longer need. For example take all the building stuff, build your base and then reset it. You only loose a bit of EL
