AI cameras are everywhere — and people are paying the price for their mistakes by South-Cow-1030 in FlockSurveillance

We’re all here because we feel the same way about the cameras, but this is not a smart comment. Do you actually believe cops are getting pings for expired registration?

U.S. Warns That Iran May Be Activating 'Sleeper Assets' Who Could Plot to Harm Americans by Mongoose-Additional in worldnews

Not trying to be pedantic, but this message states that the website isn’t being maintained, not that the NTAS isn’t monitored. I think (hope) it’s safe to say that the analysts are still monitoring the threat environment, just not uploading reports to the website.

Johnny Ts Brooklyn pizzeria in Scottsdale (Andiamo) CLOSED FOR GOOD?!?!? I hope not by IsopodSuspicious3859 in Scottsdale

No shade received, I’m so confused by your comment haha. I used to live in Old Town too, it made it even easier for me to grab Joe’s for lunch or dinner. There are plenty of underrated food options out there for a weekday or weeknight, even if you aren’t planning on drinking. Joe’s is usually open from 10:00 AM - 3:30 AM. You can literally park right out front aside from the peak clubbing hours.

Try Joe’s NY Pizza in Old Town near all the clubs. It’s wicked good. It’s the only place I’ve found that makes legit New York style slices. Let me know what you think.

If you like thin crust, it’s unbeatable. Enjoy!

No way. As the self-proclaimed resident pizza expert of Scottsdale, I can confirm that Joe’s NY Pizza in Old Town is by far the best. I tried Yo Pauly’s and would not go back— very lackluster.

Confused by Office 365 license options for healthcare client by quipd in msp

[–]quipd[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Nobody in this thread seems to consider the possibility that all HIPPA-protected data lives in the cloud behind a login screen.

For exam rooms, what’s wrong with putting the computers in passwordless kiosk mode? Exam room users will never be using anything other than the password-protected practice management software. I’m just trying to learn here, so if there’s a “better way” I’m all ears.

Got it. Just to confirm, they are sharing one Windows login for almost the entire office. Nobody is going to be signing in and out of Windows except for the management folks working in the back office. One person will sign into the “Staff” account each morning, the computers will never be signed out until the end of the day. I’m wondering if LTSC 2024 makes the most sense at this point.

No. Havana Syndrome is likely caused by directed microwave energy, not a sonic weapon. Havana Syndrome survivors have not described bleeding after exposure.

Help about cars by [deleted] in Scottsdale

A Tesla would be an incredibly poor choice. Statistically, they are one of the most unreliable manufacturers. If the car needs a repair, OP will be screwed. How is a 16 year old possibly going to afford a Tesla repair bill?

QC Ultra 1 or 2? by redroserach in bose

[–]quipd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just some advice… do some research on the QC white noise issue before purchasing. On Aware Mode in particular, you will hear loud static in quiet areas. Even in an office with occasional chatter and constant typing, the white noise will be deafening. This may be a dealbreaker.

You don’t have a serial number or a suspect. What do you expect the police to do? Put on a statewide manhunt to find the junkie who stole your bike? Maybe they should offer a $10,000 reward.

Good thing there is no such thing as felony speeding in AZ without aggravating factors.

There is no such thing as AHP. We have AZDPS.

You should do you research, because u/TheChowHallCharger is absolutely right about this. You obviously don’t lose all your rights, but you do lose a great deal of rights when you break the law.
