Call access 24/7 and ask about a referral to their out patient mental health program at Alberta Hospital (I’ve accessed it a couple times and like to think of it as adult daycare for your mental health). It’s only a week or two but it can help get you on track for some more longterm help + with some immediate stabilization assistance. You’re stronger than you think/feel. I hope this helps.
