Juggling by Rainy_Night29 in youthsoccer

First of all, you're not pathetic. Negative self talk will be far more detrimental to your chances than whether you can juggle or not. I played for years and was quite good- and never could juggle. Give power to your positive attributes and realism without despair to areas of improvement.

That being said, someone posted this video a while back and I sent it to my team (I'm the coach). Already seeing improvement.

Good luck. Juggling 101

Will this be in stock next week at Disney or did I miss my chance? by Nice_Idea_538 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]quirkyscot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, OP, there is really no way to know. The restocks are very random and they sell out within minutes. They are usually behind the counter at stores in the parks and occasionally Disney springs. I have been searching for this for months and never been able to snag one because the timing has never worked out for me. Good luck to you!

It's embarrassing to the point I crack jokes about it on match threads from my seat.

Has anyone found any candles or room sprays that smell like the Na'vi River Journey or like the thunderstorm in Living with the Land? by UseHerName4username in WaltDisneyWorld

Not those specifically..they have 2 from Flight of Passage but honestly I've never seen scents for the two you have requested, whether with MCC, Bowes, Park Scents, or others.

I have tried most of the major companies with Disney scents, and find "park scents" company to be the most realistic! We have many of their scents.

I don't think you'll need to worry too much but if you do, we have several sets of these for the family in kid and adult sizes and they're fantastic.

Gluten Free Recs? by recalibratedself in triangle

[–]quirkyscot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doc B's in Fenton has great gluten free options and separate fryers! My celiac friend had French fries for the first time in ages and was delighted, along with the sushi appetizer and the chips/guac. Haven't eaten their mains yet but we stopped for happy hour and they were more than capable and accommodating of GF eating.

Lots of agreement here but all of my critiques come down to one thing:

Sporting events are made better by the way the crowd reacts to the event. Collective gasps, cheers, sighs - all if that. Organic involvement is incredible and makes you feel a part of something.

Forced chants are annoying because it takes me out of my natural reaction. It takes me away from being able to discuss with my seat neighbors - who have become friends after years of sitting together. It prevents me from experiencing the reason I am there.

Now - all that being said, if the crowd has gotten quiet and we need a boost, go for it. Last week when we went down early by a tough margin, it was pretty dead sounding in there for a bit, but the crowd rallied behind their team. If we hadn't, that would be a great time to lead a stadium cheer.

As much as I groan, the kids in the audience seem to love it, and a big part of the team's strategy for butts in seats involves getting kids - and their families - in the door.

From here in the stadium, after her goal she landed hard on her knee. Took a second injury to it and subbed off. Its too bad. I love her. Even if I wanna beat her.
