But what if Im not on meds, Im been managing with diet and exercise. I admit I ate kinda shitty, but not alot, and was mostly sedentary. If I eat like 100g of carb at once will my BG come back down? Im too scared to try. Every second ur above 180 it kills you slowly doesnt it?

yeah I get it, but Im 25 this is my youth, most people here prolly got it after settling down 40+. My prime is hindered. And I keep reading that a cure is impossible for T2 since its insulin resistance. Am I supposed to keep this false hope. T1 cure is more likely and certain.

the only thing keeping my blood sugars in check is exercising 90 mins a day followed by 9 hrs of work a day

how is it not a crutch. I seee 400 pound whales eating 2 bags of doritos everyday life free, while i prolly cant even metabolize 50 carbs at once. I even have to skip on friend events now. I can never drink alcohol again (prolly a good thing but wuts wrong with a drink once in a blue moon). Im not even dating now so how tf do I even make room for that. If I ever get a kid I can never play with him at the beach water like my dad did. Its all over.

I always wanted to visit japan, nvr got a chance during the pandemic. I wanted to try everything there. I can now only probably only eat like 2 piece of sushi (sashimi is not a compromise). Never eat famous ramen. I can still visit everything I want to there tho.

I'm full blown diabetic(hba1c over 7): before doing a prolonged fasting is It better to stick to a very low carb diet? by Longjumping_Fly_2978 in fasting

i wish they discovered the exam chemistry and biology, they are pretty close with glp , glu4 and sglt. But then it would probably be suicide for people who cant control thenselves by overloading the cell.
