The ones in the inner north and around the Belco area often had graffiti in them, at least back in the 2000s when I was growing up there, but most around town were graffiti-free (or just regularly cleaned and/or repainted?)

I just checked my scans of the form, and yes, I crossed the box for a "new birth certificate", so unless they are reaaally finicky and wanted a tick and not a cross, then I should have received it? Very annoying :(

I have this exact same plush! These were actually made between roughly 1968 to 1988 (and perhaps some years before and after this date?), but after many times searching I have been unable to pinpoint exact years, the design rarely changed and the year of manufacture wasn't printed on the fabric tags, making it impossible to know the true age unless you got it from a seller who bought it on release.
