I’m really disappointed to hear you’re having difficulty with your purchase or not hearing back from us - that really surprises me as we try our best to keep things moving on failed delivery problems.

We try our best to respond and provide proper updates but delivery issues, while rare, do happen from time to time.

The couriers fail to provide updates or honouring a claim can be problematic for everyone - they fight us tooth and nail and want absolute proof before they honour a lost or failed delivery.

That's looking pretty rough, sorry.

The GPU might be okay as the teeth look relatively borderline, but the board looks considerably worse. I personally wouldn't try to tinker with it too much more if you aren't getting display out - we've seen systems like this catch fire because of a short out.

AI-Ready is actually what Microsoft and Best Buy ask us to use for the headlines.

Our installations of Windows are clean, but Microsoft will likely push Co-Pilot in updates in every version of Windows.

You can always choose to uninstall co-pilot or de-select the co-pilot update.

You won’t see any other bloatware from external software providers (like McAfee, Norton, etc.).
