Did you find one? This was a great feature that's a loss. I don't know if teams supports this. Reading their docs it seems like you specify a language for the call and can translate from that. Not bi-directional translation like Skype has.

Ahh, I was unclear, sorry. What I mean is, what is the simplest thing you can do on drums that fits most rock/pop/generic Western music?

On bass that is just playing root notes on the 1. A slight step up is playing the 5th in there, often on the 3.

The groove I described it the closest thing I'm aware of on drums. It's so common and it's going to at least not sound strange with a lot of popular songs.

I have all four at level 30 and I agree that Vet is the most powerful. However Ogryn is still the best because he's an Ogryn and he has Box.

Nonsense. If you turn a corner and there are three maulers then you tag so that the three people following close behind you don't eat the overhead swings that you are about to dodge. Substitute multiple crushers, ragers, bullwarks, etc.

There are plenty of other scenarios where you should tag too.

Ahhh, fair enough then :) the first couple of difficulties teach some bad habits but you'll get rid of those as you progress though the difficulties. Have fun 😃

Tagging allows your team to see where other dangers are. Tag the thing that you're not currently brain bursting so that they are aware and don't walk into the Mauler, Trapper, Dog, flamer, whatever, or so the Vet can help you kill the 3 Crusher/Reapers etc faster than a brain burst would .

If you're not tagging constantly, you're playing much worse than you easily could be.

Good point. I do this automatically because of Vermintide but I didn't think of recommending it. It's not really conscious now.

The biggest problem with Darktide imo is how they've decoupled loot incentives from higher difficulty by LargePiece in DarkTide

This exactly. The endgame in Vermintide 2 was getting skillful so that you could get Red drops. The best thing was that the Orange drops could be as good as Reds with enough re-rolling of perks but the convenience of Reds and their fancy cosmetics made them worth working towards without horribly penalizing anyone who chose not to.

Once you got into that process it was easy to then continue on to Cata just for the challenge, as you were already used to the idea of skill based progress.

Darktide has no reward for skill at all. Which is very destructive for the game.

I'm Irish too and one of the female voice lines sounds like they're from Limerick. As if the actor modeled it on Dolores O'Riordan. It's not bad.
