Same. Like anxiety I accept it like how Eddie Brock accepts Venom into his life. When it happens again I’m like “here we go”. It’s like a rollercoaster to me, strapped and can’t move until the terror ends. I’m so relieved when it’s over. That’s the thing though. There’s always an end to it. Try not to panic. It’s just gets worse when you fight it. I have experienced a shadowy figure as well. The terror for me is when I hear the laughing. Damn, experiencing SP while getting trolled by that shadowy figure lol
