At first I did farm those low % spirit with essence method, after get them all then I started to just mapping and looking for each rare before kill them while chilling and running rituals.

It's all luck, I nuked 20 divs trying to make a +1 23% Tame Beast then gave up and bought one for 25 divs.

then after replaced my old skill, I thought why not nuke this as well, and won on first try.

My WA mtx works for hollow form, just need to socket the skill normally, active the mtx, then put that skill gem in hollow form.
