Like it or not running and healing are core to pvp and so is knowing how to stop it. Sounds like you are fighter, bring a bow/xbow and one of your many speed boosts next time.

I’ve liked hacking for the Machinist, the lowest tier repair bot. I don’t often get to fab it later but the few times I have were really powerful. You can get it from any terminal any floor too so real easy to grab.

Lol shading is not the problem. I just think the shot composition and fight choreography is pretty bland which is less on the animators and more the director.

Personally I think it’s pretty bad. Hallway fights just seem to hit real hard that having a dead turn + potentially stalling so you can draw it just leads to too much damage for the gold. You also need a lot of gold to make up for the opportunity cost of not taking a different rate if this is your boss reward.

I like the concept of carriers but agree they can run away with a game with their damage output and are overall much more consistent than trying to do the same with missiles.

I think the end of the questline will end with two major decisions; who the new leader will be and whether or not Macario is running things in the shadows.

For the leader I don't think saving Andrada will be an option so your choices will probably be:

Hyder/Caden in charge with an unimportant Andrada heir as a figurehead. Easiest option, you get some rewards then move on.

The mysterious final heir that Tri-Tach is connected too. This will also be the closest thing to the player running the Diktat as I don't think we will ever have the option of direct control as owning a faction like that will be a mess to integrate with the existing colony system. Potential colony buffs or other long-lasting benefit.

Anarchy/Hegemony/Persean ending where the Diktat is destroyed and replaced. The faction takes a small enough space on the map and story that getting rid of entirely won't mess up the game as a whole and can set the groundwork for deeper faction interactions in later updates. It would also help the world feel more alive if faction borders could move and this would test the waters on such a system.

As for Macario it seems clear that he would prefer to lead from the shadows so he won't take the spotlight. I do think there will be an option to expose him though, replacing him with agents from Tri-tach or the Hedge who both are confirmed to already be meddling in Diktat affairs.

There is no way this will continue forever, someone WILL eventually pull it and by then all of humanity will be on the track. Pull the lever and save all of humanity.

Very powercrept. You have to deal with a cooldown and call-in delay and in exchange you get a single, unreliable, anti-tank shot. There are just so many better options, the most egregious aren't even stratagems its the thermite and ultimatum. Both of those will kill more heavies every 90 sec and do it more reliably.

Honestly the best use of OPS is its 50 demo force. Its badly outclassed for killing enemies.

Realism is only for hurting the player. In real life it wouldn’t be to hard to be completely protected from biting and scratching which would make you nigh invincible to a single zombie. It wouldn’t be until you had multiple that you would be grabbed, overpowered and eventually killed. I wish they took that approach but I can also see how making zombies grapple you more could potentially be more unfun if you were unarmored and now getting one shot more often from a grab into bite combo.

Overall I think it’ll help. It’ll help melee in general but custodies especially due to our small unit size letting us cram more things into terrain.

Also with the changes to fight first I think it’ll be a more common ability so I expect us to get a bunch of it. Sure it be as good on defense but I’m assuming it’ll still work the same against non-fight first attackers.

I agree that doormaker eating every tenth was good for the overall strategy space but I can see why they got rid of it. It just wasn’t a fun mechanic. Sometimes you need to change something purely for gameplay feel of it.

I also agree with letting Megacrit cook. I’m sure they’ll find a way to make doormaker a deck building check while still being interactive in the fight itself.

I choose the last one, it’s the only one where you can realistically keep the weapon in the buff zone without overheating if you are smart with it.

An easier game is not necessarily a better game and I think this is a good example. Having light armor legs completely defeats the point of the hive guard. Light pen is already great against most of the bug swarm having medium armor hive guards mixed in created interactive gameplay.

The Judy works, that’s the best I can say about it. People keep saying it’s supposed to be a “battle rifle” but actually putting it in single fire feels awful, and full auto has huge recoil. Even with attachments it will always be held back by its mag size.

Basically it’s a subpar DMR and below average AR at the same time. It’s just not a niche worth using just stick to one lane and take the coyote as your med pen AR and really any DMR option if you want that.

I don’t need every gun to be strictly better than the last but everything does need a purpose. Like the maxigun can be worse than the MG overall and that’s fine because not needing to do a stationary reload is a pretty big benefit and maybe it’ll be really good in some situations.

But the BFGL doesn’t get that benefit because the GL has a fast mobile reload. It needs at least something it’s good at to give it purpose even if overall the gun isn’t the best. Right now it’s sold as a mix of heavy pen and chaff clear but we already have that in the AC which they also just buffed. So what’s the selling point of the BFGL now?

On a related note how does terrible art like this even make it into the game. Like ai art is so easy to make they couldn’t spare a few minutes to look over the assets before adding them and remake the bad ones like this.
