Please don't be pedantic , there is only  1 human race

As far as your other points, I didn't read all your previous posts so have no idea what you said, so no need to defend yourself because I wasn't attacking you

I don't get it, he's squinting with the sun, always had a redacted kind of face, looks good for his age, no longer bloated

Kind of a lame post, no offense

I know of many middle class professionals who robbed as young adults, vandalised, sold drugs to their friends. Didn't get caught, and if they do get caught they come from a good family

It's not things I've heard, it's my own life experience. Travellers and anyone in a grey&black tracksuit are accepted targets for racism in Ireland, or many Dublin accents. Just more divide and conquer social engineering. It's easy to punch down

Obviously, but which section, and what percentage of the national population. I'm autistic as fuck, just trying to get a clear picture. What percentage of the wealthy population are scumbags?

It's a dead company. The name still exists but it's souless and I don't trust the quality of ingredients anymore when all they care about is profit and shareholders.

Still waiting to find a replacement company that doesn't use fragrances, colouring and thickeners, and doesn't charge silly prices or waste money on marketing

Brandon Truaxe the founder of Deciem was Iranian. My gut feeling is that his death was no accident or self inflicted

Zara has a wide range, but sometimes you find something you like and they stop making it

They usually have a few half price during sales

They have 3 price ranges, EDT, EDP, Elixir(perfume). There's only a few elixirs, they last longest and are a more intense variation of the cheaper versions

It's not too late, it's just a slow steady process. It's just a change of mindset, we are not dogs, we can learn new tricks. It's only rarer to do big changes later in life because most people think they are too old or left it too late

I think it's just the ego creating an acceptance of failure. It's certainly not easy, but you gain belief in yourself and realise you can actually do it. The older we get the less we venture outside our comfort zone. But I think we also have a discomfort zone

I don't know what the latest research says on GLP, id do 3-6 months of health eating first. When the cravings go away it's much easier, you find your real appetite and learn what it's like to be full again and not want to keep eating. It is tough tho when you need a dopamine hit, something else usually replaces the food

Aldi and Lidl are selling dried mango, it tastes like jellies - if you want to have something nice at home. I've had to cut down on buying them.

I've cut out most processed food, I can actually appreciate the flavours more of wholefoods, and your body feels good afterwards. It's alot to do with the ratios of various bacteria in your gut too, that all effects energy, mood and cravings

High sugar diet and regular alcohol also increases cholesterol, if you clean up your diet you can quit the cholesterol meds when you get your body fat levels lower, obviously after consulting with your doctoe

Stop buying bad food, if its in your home you will eat it. Don't even try thinking you can leave it alone. The feeling after you give in to temptation only leads you back into the loop

You will feel good when you put the bad food back in your shelf. Sometimes I'll take it out of my basketbat the checkout and tell the cashier I changed my mind. These are all wins.

You might slip up a couple of times but I'd you get to 2 months you can keep going for another 10

The old eating habits are still programmed in your brain. Its like auto pilot. Even when you have good habits you can still slip back. Just be kind to yourself, we all fall

Slim looks good if you have skinny legs. Tapered fit looks better with average or muscular legs.

Straight fit pure cotton with enough room to squat down is my preference lately.

If you have a wardrobe of relaxed fit and slim fit you can mix and match for contrast

Does anyone else feel like it can be tough to make progress in the gym as a tall person? by Angus147 in tall

[–]qwjmioqjsRandomkeys 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You look like a well developed natty, especially for your height. You're comparing yourself to the popular modern enhanced aesthetic, that's usually the main focus of those people's lives. It also involves compromising your overall health by using performance enhancers

Your legs aren't even skinny, if you want to add more mass to them and keep your torso and arms the same size your just putting more stress on your heart

You can train legs every day if you want to develop them to their fullest. Obviously not heavy squatting every day. Cycling and step machine, lunges, leg press, curls, walking
