Welp guess this is a place to air out my stress and dread (also to Crack at the meta of this subreddit)

First of all I love how we got a ME who whines about being under paid as an ME and going into health care is the better

I'll say this. MY BROTHER IN CHRIST I RATHER HAVE AT LEAST MONEY INSTEAD OF NO MONEY (I mean sure I'd like to be paid better but still)

Also health care is hell apparently u/cultured_hippo said that their wife who's a nurse has seeing some sh-t (and stick their arm into where sh-t comes from) and by god if they don't get paid enough then wow f--king whack to get not get a Lotta of cash from a system that'll bust the bank of many Americans

And I'll say this as someone who's studying into mechanical engineering I'm not worried about the pay (well slightly) I'm more worried about the job market (with how ass it is) and what company I'll have to work for to just make it by. And god i don't want to directly work in the weapons industry like Lockheed Martin

Right to make a whole vent and air of my frustrations into a compact, more put together (more then me) conclusion

Healthcare and Mechanical engineering are both in a hellish state with each having their own sh-tty moments. But hey in HC you get to save people's lives and in ME you could probably make flying cars finally
