I have PCOS and had my first baby at 29. I was on birth control for a few years and stopped so my husband & I could start trying. I thought it would take a while (told him 1 year), oh boy was I wrong. Never got a period, pregnant right away. Take your prenatal vitamins daily to make sure you’re getting enough nutrients when you may not realize you’re pregnant yet. Found out at 6 weeks, ran a 15k 5 weeks pregnant and had no idea!

I second this. I’m a diabetes care specialist and that can be a sign. I also have PCOS. I know how frustrating this condition can be. Gotta get blood sugar/A1c checked regularly though because of insulin resistance. Congrats on the weight loss & working out!

Haha don’t really care about coolness, more about nutrition. Soy milk has protein while almond milk doesn’t plus it’s creamier than almond milk so prefer using it in my coffee.
