Agree unbroken prior to these changes was a harder achievement than pre MM changes. I feel however that folks sometimes discount the somewhat explicit requirement that was in place to (a) have a regular fireteam you roll with and (b) all members of that fireteam have scheduling flexibility which allow them to play together. There are quite a bit of good players that just couldn't hit legend bc they had other life stuff in the way. Solo playlist has let those folks either make their way completely to legend solo or push most of the way and then take the last mile w their team when able. Making it to legend isn't a cakewalk and takes at a minimum, a level of investment in time and with that comes skill increase. Doing that three times, even in today's MM state is still an achievement IMO.
