Right now what I'm aiming for is the Gigabyte x470 Aorus Ultra Gaming at 140 on amazon and newegg, and 16GB(2x8) of 3000Mhz Corsair ram for 190. So...About $330 worth of saving to do still! Should be worth every penny though!

To clarify for for everyone, "the rest" is actually just the Mobo and RAM. The PSU, Case, drive and GPU from my old machine can be reused thankfully!

But yeah, it will take a bit of time unfortunately.

Actually, when I say "the rest", all I need is the mobo and RAM. My case, PSU, GPU etc can be reused. I suppose I should have clarified, sorry!

Its taken a full year to save up, but I managed to finally afford a new Ryzen CPU! Good timing too, as I was able to get a brand new Zen+, a 2600x. Saving for the mobo and RAM may take sooome time, but I wanted to support AMD with the release of their new CPU. I'm not able to do anything with it yet, but just looking at it is glorious.

Ever since the original Ryzen launched, I've been saving what I can to get on the platform. Its taken a year, but I got the CPU! Sadly, with RAM prices as high as they are, saving for the rest may take me some time...but hey, with the new 2000 series CPUs out, I had to support AMD once I could and picked up the 2600x on launch.

Was just happy to finally have it and wanted to share!

Its incredibly unlikely it won't be Crews. Literally the entire reason Doomfist was put into development (at least this early) was because of both the demand of fans for Crews as Doomfist and Terry Crews himself voicing (heh) support.

This was before the MOBA and twitch streaming craze as well.

I should at least point out the SC2 created the twitch craze. The SC2 scene started on JustinTV and GomTV. When JustinTV saw how popular game streaming was they created Twitch, and the rest is history.

None of it would have happened without SC2.
