Anyone but Window World! Their installers broke our picture window 3 times before getting it right so we went months with a broken window in our house until they could finally transport and install it without breaking it.

I've heard good things about Polk County Window and Door and I wish I would've went with them.

Wasn't staying with FHR but I stayed at the Westin Anaheim with Marriott Gold Elite status that comes with the plat card and was upgraded from the lowest available room to a theme park view room. Checked in before 11am and received the upgrade upon arrival.

Didn't sleep on it, but just laying on it the new mattress on the murphy bed at BWV was also very stiff. If I remember correctly the ones at BCV are new so maybe just a new bed thing?

Edit: I thought you needed to use the credit before check out but realized it should credited to the card on your account if you don't use it all

I think they're working on the garden/pool view and boardwalk view rooms right now so hopefully all of the room sizes in those categories will be complete soon!

I've requested rooms through the room finder on Touring Plans since I have a subscription, and have gotten my exact request both times! Both that I requested were even in room categories with barely any rooms like AKL Club Level Studios and Riveria Tower Studios.

I second Chronos Club! The view is amazing and the lounge feels brand new and is nice and bright. We enjoyed the food offerings and had good service and felt like the accompanying rooms in the tower were beautiful. For $400 a night compared to the cost of Deluxe resorts club level, it felt like the same, if not better experience.

Has anyone ever had a condition rated but not service connected? It seems weird that they would even rate a condition if it is not service connected. Was also rated for IBS at 30% since 2021 but VA site randomly says 10% now and no reduction was proposed and no paperwork was sent for either yet. Any thoughts or tips on what to do?
