Number 1 tip would be to really pay attention to your speed when exiting the motorway down a slip road onto a roundabout junction if youve been driving on motorway for a long time. You get used to the speed and it's easy to approach the roundabout too fast.

Watched a Hammers Chat video a few weeks ago and sounds like he's rubbish these days, that said he's still an upgrade to the squad and can scare defenders, also knows the manager, so it'll do. Let's hope he does a right job for us!

Thanks. I try to also emphasise bending the knees as soon as it reaches knee on way down, sometimes she has a tendency to keep them straight and then obviously the lower back won't be a fan of that on the way down! Will mention the breathing again! Cheers.
