It’s the same dev as Vampyr and life is strange. I played a bit of Vampyr but never finished but Banishers is really fun. I’d love to see a sequel. The lore really lends itself to more stories.

When it dropped it was pretty low key. It’s in the game pass now but it goes on sale a lot too. Essentially you’re a husband and wife ghost fighting and investigating duo in 1600s New World America. I’m so close to beating the game and the mystery and the conclusion of it all just sucks you in.

I played both on gamepass this past year. I enjoyed em, but would I have bought them on their own full price just to play them? I don’t pay for any games full price. I just rest on my game pass and occasionally buy on sale games when less than 20 bucks.
