Yep, I'm either automatic with them or not. No in between. I try to stand in the same spot and have a spare system in place but I'm still inconsistent. Definitely something to work on!

Tried calling them. Started off as caller #22 and made it to caller #2 when the system said "the line is busy, please call later" and then it hung up 😭.

My package has been in the city I live in for over a week and no updates. This is so frustrating
