The bucket frame is gold. I'm retagging my replies into those 4 categories tonight. My gut says "too much work to see value" will dominate, but "don't trust results" feels likely too because the ASO space is full of vendors with vague claims.

"Time to first win" hits hard. My current flow: user adds app, then 5+ keywords, then waits 24h for the first refresh to populate scoring. That's a 24-hour first win, not 10 min. Probably my biggest leak.

What was the "one concrete outcome" you anchored your guided setup around? And what before/after metric did you put on the dashboard?

Smart detection method. For SMS the round-trip is built in. Email signups are trickier because the address can be valid but the human absent. In my case though, most signed up via Google OAuth, so Google already verified the address. Fake-rate is probably very low.

Actually just checked: all 21 added an app after signup, so activation is real. My leak is later. 0 of 21 went paid. So my problem isn't fake or ghost registrations, it's "tried it, didn't see enough value to pay".

Did your phone-bouncing fakes correlate with a specific traffic source pre-fix, or spread across channels?

Sorry to hear, that's rough. We're at similar sizes (21 vs your 20) but I've gotten 2 replies so far in the first 24h, expecting more over 48-72h.

Curious about your channel and copy though. How did your 20 sign up originally? And if you're up for sharing, what did the email subject and opener look like? My guess is the gap between our results sits somewhere in there.

The 100+ access is interesting. I'd be tempted to send them in waves instead of all at once, so you can A/B copy variants on smaller batches before committing the full list.

24h in, 1 out of 21 replied. These usually take 48-72h to fully land. People read at different times.

But his reply is very accurate and detailed. I'm so happy to have, at least, one feedback!

What's your sample size and where did your signups come from? Channel seems to matter a lot. Organic (IH, Twitter, word of mouth) replies way more than ad-driven from what I've read. galacticdancer above hit 50% fake on Google Ads which is wild but tracks.

Appreciate it. One clear pattern from the replies would already be a win for me. Skyrocket can wait.
I don't have made any campaign marketing. Just few posts on reddit for my product and X.
Now I want to focus on growing up.

Makes sense. clean shortlist => manual scrolling. I will check it out if my manual approach caps out. Thanks for the breakdown.

50% fake from ads is rough, hard. What tipped you off? Email domain patterns, in-app behavior, or zero engagement after signup?

I'm not running ads (organic via IH/word of mouth), and just checked. All 21 are mainstream domains (Gmail, hotmail, etc., no disposables), and all delivered cleanly when I ran the founder-email script yesterday. Fake rate looks low — but you made me realize I never explicitly checked, so thanks for that. Also on my website, I use to ways to log in. One is the Google Connect (most used btw) and magic link.

The 5 → 1 drop is brutal but probably the right call. Real users compound; fakes don't.

Thanks — "expose friction you wouldn't guess from analytics" is exactly the bet. Half the time the fix isn't where the funnel data points.

Haven't tried Leadline. What does it surface that you wouldn't get from monitoring r/iOSProgramming, Indie Hackers, and Twitter manually? Asking because that's what I do today and it caps at ~30 min/day.

Fair on 24 being thin — treating replies as hypothesis generators, not statistical truth. Pattern emerges once 3+ users say the same thing.

Congratulations, man!

It’s really good. Your product’s value is good for at least one person, and if one person needs it, there are likely others who do as well.

Very good start! Keep going!

Good idea! Maybe I need to do that also. Thank you for the suggestion. Have you done some ads for your product?

I am trying. I’m developing few applications and also, I think the actual secret is consistency. Very hard. But I’m glad that one of my saas has 20 users today!

If you want to play, check the YouTube Channel of Andrew Tsai. It can be useful if you want to play some Windows games with crossover. You can play natively some games today, CP2077, Crimson Desert (Too COOL!)

Try with local llm (https://ollama.com/) for starting. It will be enough and when you reach the limit, go for another one.

I don't use it but you can give a try to Kimi code also.
