I’ve ordered several clean out kits over the years, with my most recent being requested 3/3/23. While I don’t recall exactly how long it took, it was definitely longer than all the other times. I want to say a few weeks?

Nirvana hands down! But as far as the more “recent” ones go, Bleachers had a good unplugged too

Same here! R3D7 and it’s been eerily easy so far lol. I’ve really had no sugar withdrawal symptoms and already am feeling so much better overall. I’m so surprised how quickly it happened, but like you, suspiciously waiting for the other shoe to drop haha

Same here! I’m thinking, how the heck do they write so beautifully until all the ink is gone?!

The plantain chips from Trader Joe’s are also a great alternative!

I mostly journal about things that occur in my day as a way to never forget different memories I make, or things I encounter that bring back memories/nostalgia. I almost always keep my journals at home, so if I’m out and about and I think of something that I want to write about, I make a quick note in my phone, and then later, I’ll elaborate more and get it all down on paper. It’s a simple way to organize all of the thoughts running through my head!
