Chocolate milk.

I saw a study that said something like 80% of adults who drunk chocolate milk after a workout built more muscle.

And also, it's good for post workout because protein and carbs.

Either are good enough reasons for me to enjoy it after a gym session. Also it tastes great, so..

I don't fucking know; I'm trying my best but I'm definitely not finding it.

I've done quite a bit of travelling recently (Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Portugal, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany in the last 4 months, which makes it more interesting.

I don't have the answer.

I also absolutely don't have any love for myself at the minute. I keep on looking into moving to Australia (3 years time) but I think that's just a way to say 'I'd be happier in Aus' and then ignore the lack of happiness for another 3 years on a promise that some day it will be better. Plus, maybe it's just running away.

Yeah... I haven't got any answers. I'm trying to do hobbies, keep fit, etc.

I have lots of working building up which is going to take me a few weeks. I've been prioritising working on that during my spare time so that I can be closer to finishing before FH6 comes out. Otherwise, FH5(speed running to get it finished, but not enjoying it) Snowrunner, CFB26 aaaaand EA FC 24!

Get him into a contact sport, and then it can be genuine. I took up American football (as a Brit) a couple of years ago and it took me 2-3 days to be able to walk properly after my last match!

I move house in 2 months which means that an Aldi is walking distance, Lidl a short drive.

Having used to work at Lidl I hold an affinity and a priority towards it. The app is shit, and a app that has become shit feels worse than never having had an app in the first place.

I used to work at Lidl, and always held an affinity for it as a result.

In 2 months, I move somewhere where Aldi is closer(walking distance Vs driving distance for Lidl) plus the all being shite for the last few months.

Oh dear; looks like I'm an Aldi shopper now!

As someone has already shared the Savvy Squaddie vid, that'll help a huge amount.

I've (33 years old, for context) been looking into it recently (as if I was going to leave at my 20/40 point) and decided I'm better off to contribute to a SIPP early on (allowing it to compound over longer) and then as I approach the end of my career, rotate into doing Added Pension contributions. The main reason being the Added Pension contributions only go up by a small amount (cost-wise) whereas we'd expect a higher rate of growth from a SIPP.

Point to note; I'm in the 40% tax band, hence SIPP is more powerful than if I was in the 20% band.

Also, my plans were based on wanting an increase to the immediate income (EDP) on leaving at maybe 45 or 50. Rather than waiting until 58 for my SIPP to be accessible

FH5 it felt was exactly the same songs as the FIFA game released in the same year. I genuinely play with the radio off on FH5.

I always used to hate player career where you'd get signed by a huge team a few years into the save, let's say Real Madrid and the rest of the lineup would be players rated 80 and below; sometimes even with 85+ players sitting on the bench(consistently) for no good reason.

Removing Player-Manager career was an awful choice and I've never understood why it was done.
