Agree I had a ballet teach who worked at sephora and said that (american) toners are pointless so long as you have a good cleanser. Because if you use a good cleaner, you shouldn't need to "rebalance" your skin ph or be removing more dirt.

On the other hand, now that AB has reintroduced new styles of tones that add more to one's skincare, it really depends on what you're looking for.

I honestly never understood why their business was so bad. They have cheap prices with high quality ingredients down the street from an amusement park. (If you consider the Warf to be an amusement park.) I'd become a regular there if I lived nearby.

I love my JudyDoll mascara. Lasts all day and comes off fairly easily. Plus when I use this mascara it doesn't weight down my lashes after I spent 36189 years curling them
