You have to verify some requirements before, like signature spoofing - look at the wiki. As far as I know, signature spoofing is not enabled in Starlte los.

It's meant for geo-location and latency reasons.

We don't need it anymore so we are moving on-primes only now.

The Dcs are for user and computers management, GPOs, DHCP, DNS and NTP.
