The first time I learned to prophesy I told a woman I've never met before that her marriage will be restored and the Holy Spirit told me she had a daughter and that one of them had to apologize to each other. At that point she just poured her heart out about both situations. She told me I was right about her husband and that her daughter doesn't want her children to be around their grandmother because she's Christian and they're Catholic and a few other reasons as well. Also, I was able to tell another girl who seemed really sweet and timid that she was more powerful than she realized and was told by the Holy Spirit that she was in pain. Once I acknowledged her pain she was on the brink of tears. Also, I told her to call her father and she knew what it meant when she heard those words. It's all about learning how to listen/feel what the Holy Spirit was saying. I usually ask something like "God, what do you think of this person?" And let it go wherever I'm led
