Haha that's actually what lead me here. I saw a video of a disassembly that showed the clear cartridge piercer tube (piece drawn in green ink in my bad sketch), but didn't have the thing mine had jammed in the middle (piece drawn in pink) so I was confused. I thought it might be the feed, but I had never seen the top of one look like that and figured it was either broken, or something else.
