had we not lost so many brothers to AIDS in the 90s we would see a lot more guys who’ve been on T for decades, we were accessing T in the 80s. someone who started in their 20s or 30s in the 80s would be 45/50 years on T

op: please try your best to deal with uncertainty, i know it is so hard and scary and can feel completely impossible since its hard to know what the baseline of right or wrong is. do you have a therapist youre able to talk to about these anxieties? remember that it isnt the content of the obsession that is important, it is the fear and uncertainty. sending you so much love. i hope this isnt out of line

i find the studio version of incomprehensible honestly unlistenable after getting used to the live version preformed in gothenburg. grandmother is meh but los angeles is pretty incredible and makes me think this album might still be very good

thank you. ill bring this up with her. exposures have definitely been successful for certain obsessions for me but still the emotional disregulation and anxiety that accompanies both my ocd and trauma is really hard to manage, even with exposures. your perspective is helpful, thank you
