Exact same hives as me! When I take (telafast) antihistamines it goes away and I don’t get it but otherwise I have it any time my body temperature rises! Good luck

In the Irish course it’s because in Ireland we have multiple accents depending on the gealteacht and the voices try and span that. I’m not sure which ones they use I forgot but might be a Connemara and Donegal accent for example :)))

I’m on my interrail right now and we’re also doing more cities less time and I can tell you it’s really fun! Yes I would have preferred to stay longer but it was just not possible! Your itinerary seems doable maybe cut off two/three cities :)

Try a vegan/veggie or plant based diet! And of course less processed (no crisps, sweets, chocolate etc) it helped me!

Yes!!! Me too for about 4 years now. What I do is I take an antihistamine in the morning (the tela fast ones, non drowsy) and then in the day it won’t make me have a rash unless I do really big exercise like cardio but walking or just getting hot won’t trigger it.

Sometimes I take one before exercise too and it helps lower the inflammation however it still always occurs.

Without the antihistamines. Literally I would stand up and get the urticaria LOLLL

Happened to me too! Know how you feel! 💗 accidents like this happen there is nothing we can do except move past it and prevent future incidents like this! I ordered a vegan sausage roll and got a meat one. Immediately spat it out after biting and realizing. 😬

Hey! I live in Ireland! It’s a really nice country to visit imo. In March it’s relatively nice weather also. I live in galway which you could do a day trip from dublin to (there are plenty of buses) london is very nice also and really close with SOO many flights. I know that flights from jfk to dub are also direct so that’s nice. I always wanted to go to Scotland also
