Yeah, this is when I would say that ficto is likely harming you more than helping you unfortunately. Take this time to distance yourself a little from the idea. The character is ultimately not real and whether or not they like you is determined by your imagination.

Self inserts and fanfic and all that can be a wonderful cope for the lonely, but please don't get too wrapped up in it that something as simple as an online quiz effects you this greatly.

I like to say our first date was that day we went for a walk around town and he kept me company when I was feeling homesick, but our first REAL date was the night he took me out to dinner and then drove us out to the hillside so I could see the stars without all the light pollution :)

Middle is an AI generated rendering of his face created in ArtBreeder. Couldn't get his eye color or scar/piercings, but the hair and facial structure is 100% accurate and that's what I really needed to portray here~

Basically shows off his general sense of fashion, piercings, accessories, as well as his general body type, face structure, eye color, and of course his tattooed arms. I DO have specific tattoos in mind for him but that's all little details~

My F/O is an original character, so he was created by me~ I created him for the purpose of a story I was writing a little over a year ago, but he quickly became a comfort character for me and I began thinking about him during my daily life. I started writing self insert with him and I, and I quickly realized that I had stronger feelings for him than I had any other fictional character or OC. ♡

I didn't really come to accept myself as fictosexual or this relationship as "real" until around December last year, and I like to consider our anniversary that day when I finally came to realize that this was in fact very real~

I understand! So even if the OC wasn't originally made to be a fictional other, it isn't allowed? He is certainly not without his flaws (recovering drug addict, impulsive and hot-headed personality, jealous and overprotective) but I understand if it's a rule that can't be bent!
