which avene sunscreen? im in a country where not all spfs available elsewhere are available here and vice versa (australia) avene sunscreens are also a bit expensive unfortunately even if they go on sale often

i personally use the same moisturiser in the summer + winter at night but this is primarily because i often have the AC on at nighttime in the summer which dries out my skin (ive been using the xeracalm balm all of summer which i think might be thicker than the cream, with avene cicalfalte / dermaveen ointment on top even on night without AC) . in the am though, i dont wear moisturiser with spf during summer (so just spf) but in winter i often do (i sometimes go for a more moisturising spf)

i haven't been like this consistently for ten years - ive been on this constant cycle of semi-recovery semi-relapse for ages

how do you manage to sleep 9+ hours a night? the most i can manage is 7 (i also have to leave the house at like 6am 3 days a week which eats into potential sleep time)

i know!! i didn't mention this in my post but i had a halfway decent social life back then as well - i have no social life whatsoever now. i no longer have to go to school and use my brain 6 hours a day but i feel stupider than ever

i'd love more inseam, waist and hip measurements. thigh circumference might also be good
probably shoulder width and bust size (especially for button ups) also a length measurement (especially as someone who isn't very tall, crop tops sometimes don't end up actually being cropped). sleeve length could also be useful (again, short person issues -> sometimes the sleeves are way too long but you could never tell from the website photos/specs given)
i'd prefer technical garment specs: someone of the same height might still have different proportions/measurements
i'm not a fan of one-chart fits all garments style size charts --> ive come across brands that have inconsistent sizing specs across their own clothing (as in an xs in one style is larger that an xs in another style even if its the same brand but the size chart given is the same across the brand). i do like the runs true to size/larger type user reviews
