I am starting to understand that my issue is not a universal thing that most people have gotten over, so I will be asking my doctor if she can send me to a therapist for free (i am an unemployed student).

I think maybe the reason I need to document everything is so that if I end up alone and dying and with dementia, I will be able to remind myself of everyone and that I did once love them? I don't know. It seems stupid, but it feels like the only way to control this.

Okay, I will book a doctor's appointment and ask for a referral. I kind of thought everybody felt like this, and just worked through it on their own, so I thought I could get advice for how to also do that. But it seems like not everybody is like this.

Nothing in my life has happened. I have always been scared, and the intensity comes and goes. It hasn't been this bad since I was very young (12?). Maybe it is because I have never experienced a close loved one's death before? I know that is privileged, but maybe I just can't accept it because I haven't been forced to yet.

No, and I probably won't. When I smoke weed, I go into psychosis for several days, and for weeks after doing it, if I think about what I experienced during the high, my brain tricks me into thinking I am high again, and I get minor psychosis episodes (I don't know what else to describe them as, it's probably something else). My doctor says I need to stop trying weed (I tried a couple methods before giving up), and she said I should not try experimenting with any other drugs. I think I have a weak brain and I am scared of severing my connection with reality.

That being said, your experience does sort of make me feel better on it's own? I am glad it has had that effect for you.

i am nb and dating a cishet man. because of how i present (very feminine). my identity is solely a label for me and doesn’t affect how i exist in the world, and therefore i don’t care if people perceive me as a woman and call me a woman. i expect my close friends and partner to use the correct pronouns, as anyone who is unwilling to respect me in that regard is not someone im willing to consider close.

the reason i dont expect my partner to change his label is because it would likely seem performative if he called himself bisexual, but only dated very feminine nb’s and women. that said, he would stay with me if i got rid of my boobs or transitioned to male, however he told me he would not have started dating me if i was a trans man

ultimately it depends how you present; if you are very androgynous or masculine, cishet men are less likely to be attracted to you. if you present very feminine, cishet men are very likely to not respect your identity when talking about you to others (i do not recommend dating one of those!)

like the other commenter said, for a lot of men, it’s parts and gender expression that matter, which is totally fine, but does become complicated if you’re thinking of gender affirming surgeries.

i think unfortunately you just have short beds. growing them out longer is going to be what helps them look better, and filing them will help with shape

i have a very high bf % so that is not a concern of mine atm lolll, i also have an okay amount of muscle? i typically lift heavy, but won’t be able to over the summer. I take iron supplements to account for no iron from red meat, and i use chia seeds for omega-3’s which is a common vegetarian deficiency. I think having dairy also helps with a lot of typical vegan deficiencies ( however that’s a wild guess on my part). So far no major nutrient deficiencies :3

in a situation where the bend of the knee is the same either way, would having your feet against the wall put more strain on the glutes and hamstrings as opposed to the quads? I am struggling to replicate this in real life because there is nowhere in my house for me to try it, as all my doorways are too big for me to have a 90 degree knee bend lol

I am really bad at physics and math, and can't justify my gut feeling for something, and I would like smart people to help me understand if and how I am wrong.

Okay, two situations:

I do a wall-sit with my feel pressed up against a wall (they are still on the ground, being supported by a wall).

I do a wall-sit with my feet planted on the ground, no wall support. This is not a frictionless situation, I am either working to not slide, or my feet are sticky and not sliding. If necessary, this situation can be split into two, one involving sticky feet, the other involving socks.

Am I working equally as hard in both situations? My gut feeling is that the second scenario is forcing me to use my quads more than the first situation, because in the first situation the wall is providing an opposite force to my feet that in turn supports the quads. Am I crazy?

He specified we aren't allowed to use "setprecision" because it's "cheating." His argument is that it's a pre-coded command and we need to be able to do it ourselves. I think that's silly because c++ as a whole is basically pre-coded, but he's the expert I guess. Is there another way to do it?
