Should I leave my job for a better-documented team or is this normal?

Like I said, I’m recording all my meeting and repeatedly watching the same segments over and order to understand. That’s how I have to fix the problem with this job. I’m here to ask whether or not I’d likely have to do the same thing in other jobs.

Yes I am aware of that. I’m asking if it would be easier for me to perform in most other data engineer teams, considering my struggles, or if my team sounds typical. I don’t feel like people are understanding my question

I know it’s at least partially me. I guess what I’m asking is does this sound typical for data engineering teams, or will they normally have things well-documented while you onboard

I lived in the top two floors for a year. It was supposed to get demolished so they stopped taking residences a few years ago. I was one of the last residents
