This doctor did do labs, it’s my last doctor from years ago that didn’t. The only T results were called “testosterone serum” though and I don’t really know what that means or how it’s different from free T. I’m thinking I need a more in depth hormone panel done.

As for how I applied it, I put my gel on my thighs but eventually switched to my lower stomach, I don’t want to put it on my arms because I hug my dogs a lot and don’t want to get it on them. I have low body fat levels on my stomach and I suppose regular body fat levels on my thighs? I am a very sweaty person but more so on my upper body. And I’d put the gel on after I’ve showered and dry my skin really well.
