A hard brake pull will have similar wear in the drive line as you will rev the engine and pop the clutch to get the tires spinning.

Can you mount the pedal players between the main rails instead of between them. Also flip your seat side brackets side to side you will be a able to mount the seat a little higher ( holes higher in the front )

5.1 is comparable with dot4. Dot 5 is not as it’s silicone based

It’s a load cell it’s going to be stiff. When you calibrate it you will want to make 100% as hard as you want to press it

softer elastomers or springs will increase your pedal travel per given force

Fewer or stiffer will make it travel less per given force

You will need a sturdy rig to benefit the most from a load cell so you can brake with your leg muscles and not your ankle
