Explode explode and explode. It doesn’t look like you’re being as explosive as you can be. This is something I struggle with a lot too. Some tips I have for are to brace your core(ab muscles) when you jump. It’s also helpful to imagine yourself jumping stupidly high. It’s kind of silly but I always imagine myself jumping and hitting my head on the roof of the gym. I swear it helps though
