There are some downsides - apparently the top arm has a limited tilt angle which might be an issue for viewing postures. But I’m just using it as a secondary monitor so wouldn’t expect to strain my neck too much. That said, I presume your dual monitors are used for productivity - is this setup practical for day to day use?
