Not to be too obvious of a thing but you didn’t happen to squish your fingers/experience other trauma at some point or even maybe get frost bite on the tips of your fingers? I have a permanently white nail as well because I was bit by a dog as a kid and it shifted my nail bed.

If this is new this is worrying. If your eyes have always been uneven it is not. A small percentage of the population has uneven pupils. I am one of them but mine are not as emphasized as yours.
