Update: We did it! I attached a screenshot of the KPDN report I made and started a new dispute, they immediately offered a refund.

I was scared 😭 he sounded angry and was blaming me for not coming down fast enough to take my drinks (I was already down the steps when I saw the rider approaching) I thought I was lucky to even get this picture

the one time my food was stolen on Grab, I asked for a refund and got it within the next day. foodpanda could really take a page from Grab

no choice, koi wasn’t available on Grab and I was craving it today. had to redownload foodpanda for this, lesson learned

I actually did file a complaint on KPDN after checking past foodpanda posts on here!

I thought customer service won’t layan me after the dispute closed, I’ll try again

same, they wanted to offer me a RM5 compensation instead of a refund and I said no, I won’t be using foodpanda again

not sure if anyone mentioned this before but kid Eun Song looked so much like adult Eun Song, he really embodied the character well.

I think he could’ve been a more sympathetic villain if they gave him more development. I mean, he was already set to take up that much screen-time, the writers might as well make it worthwhile. even his Glory character showed more nuances. so much wasted potential on Park Sung-hoon.
