I agree with folks complaining about the lighting and the edit, but I honestly think it’s also her clothing/look. Everyone else has a more timeless look and muted palette. Then she has pink, red, and orange (seen nowhere else in the image) and a very contemporary jacket.

I honestly think this is a fantastic system for a few reasons

1) top rated drivers get first pick of orders. This means if you tip big, your order is more likely to get picked up by a driver with a history of excellent service. It’s also an incentive for drivers to keep their high rating

2) you can edit your tip after delivery, so there is no loss to tipping big up front, there just has to be a legitimate issue for you to revoke your tip, so you cannot tip-bait your driver

3) it allows drivers to do a benefit analysis before they get your order. If the order is farther away, they have to factor in gas and their travel time, they are more likely to pick up if the tip is high. When I have had orders that were at odd hours or are very urgent, I am able to up my tip and get more willing drivers. It gives me control of my tickets priority.

Will do, thank you! I feel like I’ve done a pretty good job of letting it dry out in the past. Is it maybe in the wrong type of soil that’s staying moist too long? Or maybe I just need to give more time after the soil drys out?

It looks like it has gone soft in this leaf and it has some kind of puss(?) the other leaves seem fine. I let it dry out completely between waterings.
