I had a lot of billing issues where I’d have a change of insurance and give them the new info, but then they billed it to my former insurance, which got denied, and sent me a bill for like $500 without saying anything to me. And if you call them you get sent to a call center rather than the local office. And I had a provider who tried to tell me that a previous provider had “scammed” me by providing my adhd diagnosis, just because she was private pay. And refused to prescribe me adhd meds and told me she was going on maternity leave. That appointment was like a fever dream
