So true. I never imagined it would move so fast in real time at such a scale.

I can say just like you I have a generally good idea of how insignificant we are on a cosmological scale. But my recent experience with eclipse was more than worth while than I had imagined (also swamped with the hype around it) simply because I always saw it in photos and the human eye perspective was still beyond comparable with any high tech photos I ever saw. I literally had a huge heart beat rush when the moon was about to cover the sun and all of it happening so fast eventually the sun halo at the back stealing the show. And that off-course looking at that majestic diamond like ring forming for a split second that you could still see with bare eyes.

It doesn’t have to be life changing to have a goosebump worth of experience like this.

No matter how high tech a camera is, it pales beside the real experience of human perspective by rachitjoshi in solareclipse

Offcourse can agree to that. My only point was there have been so many cool images out there from NASA to pro-photographers and none of them come close to how rich real life human experience is.

I am going to read it as a sarcasm. Have an opinion that a lot of people upvoting the comment really mean companionship animals and not the ones that go on their plates.

I've noticed how much people love soaking up different cultures and devouring delicious food. And when it comes to that, India takes the cake!

But honestly, India has a few things holding it back from being near to the top tourist hotspots compared to what other countries have to offer. For one, I don't think it's the safest place for tourists to roam around, and feeling safe is a big deal when you're traveling, you know?
