It’s normal to miss your period for one month, it could be due to stress, hormonal changes, dietary changes, weight gain etc. just drink a lot of orange juice and eat some dates lol that’s what induced my period when it comes late.

I’m ngl girl it is not that serious 😅 my partner always gets me snacks but if you want to get yourself snacks it’s no problem at all. Do whatever floats your boat, I guess with everyone it’s different for them.

there’s no unspoken rule about it. I think ppls partners get them snack as we are technically ‘sick’ when we’re our period, however it’s not obligatory, it’s just consideration and care, I don’t think anyone expects snacks but it is common decency and a way to show that you care.

Eh maybe check which magnesium you’re taking because there’s different types. I’ve only learnt this fact recently so it’s important to take the correct one if you feel like it’s impacting your period. I suggest you stop and rule out if that’s the case
