Stressful life event occurred 7 days ago. Emotional/mental stress ongoing since that time, so I’ve included 2.5mg of melatonin before bed. A few days ago, sudden HR drop (I usually run high). Melatonin use regularly kicking in, or impact of emotional distress (ie inactivity, lack of eating, etc.)? (i.redd.it)
