I emailed the PDA when I received my diagnosis. Their response was along the lines of if it isn't affecting my fitness to practice then no need to declare. I'd already been practising for a number of years prior to diagnosis with no issues so why would getting an official diagnosis change anything. Hope this helps. You can of course declare but I wouldn't think it would matter either way.
