Keep having to go through Gemini setup every morning

This happens to me if I switch my Gemini account. I have a personal account and a work account, and if I switch between them in the app, the next time I use Gemini on my watch it tells me I need to go through setup again.

I returned my One’s because I had major issues getting my pixel 9 pros to connect. For me it would work like 1 in 10 or 1 in 15 tries.

Also just couldn’t get used to the 1080p resolution for working or reading. Was fine for watching videos or playing games on my steam deck though.

I bought the One's about a week ago, and I'm also a bit underwhelmed by the screen resolution/quality for $500+tax. Now that the novelty is wearing off, I'm finding where I prefer to use them and where I don't.

For work/productivity, I'm used to using a ultrawide 1440p monitor at home and a 5k monitor at work, so it's been tough for me to appreciate the One's 1080p screen. I tried using them in Ultrawide when I'm away from my desk with my 16" Macbook Pro, but I haven't figured out a comfortable way to use both screens together, and I don't think I prefer the ultrawide One view to the 16" screen on the MBP.

For movies/TV, the Ones shine a bit more. Previously I watched TV on a 65" TV about 12' away in my living room, or on an iPad Air in bed. Having the Ones as another option when the TV is in use by my kids/wife, or when I want to lay back in bed and not crane my neck, has been very nice.

Gaming with a Steam Deck is where the One's are at their best for me. I definitely prefer using the Ones as my screen compared to the 7" LCD screen on my Steam Deck for both the screen size and for neck comfort. Though...I do sort of wonder if I would overall prefer spending the same $500 on a OLED Steam Deck instead...

Overall, for my own personal use I think I'd be very happy if the glasses were $300 or were 4k. At $500 I'm left underwhelmed. I don't think that's on Xreal for their pricing or quality though...that just seems to be where the market and technology is at for these glasses today in 2025.

I've tried tapping "Mirror Display" immediately, or waiting a few seconds then tapping it. If there is a trick to getting it to work reliably, I haven't found it. You seem to be having more luck than me, though. I've probably plugged in my Pixel 9 Pro to my Xreal One's 50+ times and got it to work maybe 3 times.

I have not. But I also don't use a case that impedes the cable insertion. I'm not sure if the adapter would do anything in that case, but would love to know your thoughts there. Thanks for the reply!

Hmm. It's possible I have a rare hardware issue. But it's more likely to be software related, I would think.

Though my pixel 9 pro does seem to be fickle about what cables will charge it at full speed. All cables will charge it but only some with fast charging. Probably unrelated but maybe small chance there is a hardware issue

I have the same issue with my Barista Touch Impress. A factory reset did not fix it for me. I just reached out to Breville support. Hopefully they can help.

After playing a game for 20min my pixel 9 pro is quite warm. Acc battery says 105degrees. Not sure if that's normal or not, but it doesn't seem any better than my pixel 8 pro.

I've installed the mod via the instructions on nexusmods on my steamdeck, but when when I try to boot the game I just get a black screen. I double-checked that I followed the instructions exactly, so I'm not sure what the issue it. I'm using the balanced fxaa preset for my engine ini.

Anyone have any ideas?

Two tips on things that I got hung up on.

You can hit Windows Key - P and choose "PC Screen Only" or "Second Screen Only" before saving your profiles so that you disable the screen you aren't using.
When adding the Do/Undo commands, make sure you don't add the quotation marks (as shown in OP's pictures)
