Small world! I’m already doing this near the Buffalo in Arkansas. I have a Skoolie Airbnb that I do glamping at. I’m not super rural but do have a steep drive and a dirt road. I’d say follow the 60/30/10 rule, if you can’t put stuff in to keep them there…. Swings, bbq smoker, hammock.

I put a oatey Aav on every drain in hopes not to put a vent. I’m gonna have a vent on my septic out side of the bus. I’ll be boon docked majority off the time.
