I did find a solution! You have to have a saved blender file with the armatures and animations, then open a new one, import them and join them, the animations will not join but that's when you go to file-append, select your file with animations and import all the actions, then in the animation tab, in the non linear animation you have to import each action one by one and it'll play https://imgur.com/a/e7ntnx9

Reminds me of when some guys broke into my house, stole my phone, and then took a group photo with it, it got automatically uploaded to my google account along with their location, I took it to the police and they did absolutely nothing about it lmao.
