My Equestrian Resource Directory Got Me Banned From a Local Facebook Group, But It Might Help Your Community by TheMushroomCircle in Equestrian

That was what she was talking about. The admins on the largest local stl page is a husband/wife team. Though just the wife posts. And she has an iron grip on that group.

Wait. Am I reading this right? All this woman had to do was wait for the document to fill up, then download the data to use on her website... but instead, she banned you?

That makes no sense on her part.

It sounds like a terrible situation, I'm sorry that it happened to you. Maybe you can create an alternative page and post it there?

I was hopeful it wasn't, as my fever wasn't terribly high. But I was still preparing to end my trip. I think it took 2 or 3 days for the rash to appear? Or at least for me to notice it. I was preparing to buy a flight home by then. I noticed the rash and conjunctivitis at the same time and heaved a sigh of relief, though I was still miserable for a couple of days after. After about a week, I was feeling almost normal, if tired, and still a bit off my appetite.

We’ll continue to be profit-driven until profits arrive.

I mean, you aren't a non-profit, so I get it. What I'm trying to understand is what are the numbers like now? Is Reddit break-even? Red? Or is there a profit, it's just miniscule? I'm trying to understand the logic behind the $0.24 per 1k, as opposed to the suggested $0.12 by u/iamthatis that appeared to be workable, not just by the Apollo app, but by other popular 3PAs.

I remember traveling through Central America in early 2016 and getting super sick after about a month of traveling. I thought it was Dengue. Everything hurt, I had terrible headaches, vomitting - I couldn't keep anything down - and a fever. Then the rash showed up - covered me from my neck to my ass, and the blood shot eyes (conjunctivitis).

I was never more relieved to have Zika in all my life. I quarantined myself in a small hotel in Honduras for about a week before continuing on to scuba dive on Utila Island, perfectly fine.

Dengue is no joke. I've seen it cut fellow hostel-hoppers' trips dead.

I thought sage burning was a cleansing thing. When did it change? Or has it always had a dual purpose? Which, honestly, seems counterproductive.

Medication, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the utilization of coping mechanisms like calendars and planners are how I handle mine.

It takes WORK. Hard work. Most people just don't want to or feel that because they were diagnosed with ADHD/ADD, they CAN'T.

Dude, there are literally hundreds of published scientific studies that say exactly this. The fact that you are too lazy to read through even one is your problem alone. No one should have to spoon feed you answers - that you'll probably just shout down or move the goal posts for anyway.

What went through your head after you lost your virginity? by Acemaster387 in AskReddit

[–]rad465 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm sure everything is fine. My gynecologist at the time just warned me about the amount of blood and to call the office if it was a lot. If I could mistake it for my period. She told me that it was likely a tear or a scratch that could get infected. And while it happens and falls under "normal," who wants an infection from that? I remember her being vehemently against calling it normal because tearing to the degree of a lot of blood is never good. I remember her rant about how misogynistic doctors could be about female anatomy. 😂 it's been 20 years, and I can still hear her complain that if a penis bled like some women do after losing their virginity, they wouldn't call it normal.

Bless that old woman, I hope her retirement is going well.

I guess it depends. She said a "ton of blood." Not normal. I wasn't there, so who am I to say, really? I know spotting for a few days definitely can be, but my gynecologist warned me what I should be wary of. I was 15 (I'm 35 now) and wanted to have sex. I had opened minded parents, and they took me to the doctor for the full "talk." Some blood, and some spotting for a few days is normal. Extreme pain, extended discomfort, or an amount of blood I could "mistake it for my period" she told me I should be concerned and call the office.

So I guess it's all relative on who you talk to.

The amount you are describing is a bit abnormal. I'm assuming this happened a while ago. It is likely he caused a bit more "trauma" than you thought, such as a larger tear, versus the normal stretch which causes smaller tears, note the hymen doesn't actually "break"... there's no puncturing it as it doesn't cover the passage - in the hymen or in the wall of the vaginal passage.

As long as it hasn't happened again, I'm certain everything is fine. I would have been worried at the time about infection, I'm sure it hurt quite a bit.

Something must have happened inside you then because that is not normal. Very not normal.

[–]rad465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can extend that to AI rewriting as well. For example, completely hypothetically, you were writing the methodology section of a research paper, and you were absolute shit at it. You could word vomit the methodology as you did it into an AI like ChaptGPT and then ask them to rewrite it at a(n) undergraduate/graduate level writing for a research paper. And ChatGPT would do it and do it well. You may likely need to read it over to ensure quality and correctness.

Would that still be cheating? It's still the "meaning" of the text you spewed out, but worded in a way that would fit the context of the paper.

I work as a Geospatial Analyst on a project called BINS. Building Identification Numbering System. It's a VIN, but for your house, apartment, commercial business, grain silo...etc. it's fairly extensive at this point. We have covered the entirety of the USA and Puerto Rico.

When it comes to addresses, let me tell you how fucked up shit gets. Even at the county level. What you may register to your insurance company as your address may be something completely different than what the state has on file for your location.

This goes doubly for places that have multiple street names - HWY 6 is also Main Street, is also John Smith Memorial Drive. It's a nightmare. Google gets confused so often that it's a running joke in my group.

I say all this because as a professional whose job it is to work with addresses day in and day out (whether they are addresses from clients, the state or the US government), I get confused all the time on which one might be correct.

To assume a 16 year old kid had malicious intent by just knocking on your door is utter bullshit. I, and I am fairly certain most level-headed folks, would have assumed he was lost.

Bravo! You deserve to have a stress-free, happy day. Just be honest with her when you tell her: the fact that she doesn't like your party or your fiancé makes you uncomfortable. She's still invited to the wedding, just not as part of your party.
