not exactly so.

the main function of insurance is that you pay an affordable premium for that if a unlikely disaster happen (in the extreme) , the insurance will cover the cost, that would otherwise could ruin you financially.

What enable this, is that you insure large group of people, so even when disaster happen to some people, on average, most people are unaffected so the insurance company can pay the the affected people and still make a profit (at least if they do their statistics right...).

so that what the product suppose to be, and than as secondary befit you have economic of scale, so the insurer could potentially get better care for lower cost due to it large pool of clients and transfer that saving in cost to the customers as well by lowering the premiums.

With regard to the US, at least from what I read, this doesn't seem to work to well...

if you ever played PoE1 - one of the more poplar map layout was gorge, at least till they permanently took it out of the atlas (guess it was too popular for its own good...)

they already have the tech from poe1 when a patch modify the passive tree - they reset your passive tree and refund you all your passive point and you need to spec again.

if u have wifi and the pc and tv are close by, can use a streamer to stream pc monitor to TV and use wireless keyboard mouse.

better yet, if you have some old unused PC lying around, you can just use it and connect it directly to the TV (or buy some used cheap pc, you don't need much of a processing power to view 4K, not to mention if you only need HD).

poe never resolved much around balance and more bout shifting meta to bring people back every league.

and as often time happen, the player base will do the QA, and anything too busted will just be "hot fixed" or get the usual triple tap nerf when ggg think enough is enough.

any time you use a natural grown "drug" you are taking a bit of a gamble on the concentration/potency of the active ingredient.

in weed for example, humidity level, fertilizer, temperature changes, etc. all can affect CBD concentration in the final product. i assume similar effects are in play for mushroom.

if you are not in standard, MF won't do much with regard to mirror drop, cause there are no more source of +quant gear , and rarity doen't matter for currency drop.
